Troubleshooting and Repair
SLVEC provides consulting to hotels, bars, restaurants, clubs, multi-tenant complexes, housing developments, and individual residences. At SLVEC we can meet with you and your builderat the design and budget phase to craft a solution to all of your sound, light, video, electrical, communications, and off-grid needs. At the conclusion of our consulting you will receive a full engineering report that includes a system design, detailed parts list, and estimated labor required to meet your needs. If you choose to have SLVEC implement the design, a portion of the consulting may be credited to your implementation cost.
A Master Engineer with SLVEC will fully implement your system design even if the design is done by another company. We comply with the standards set out by the United States of America National Electrical Code, National Fire Protection Agency, and Satellite Broadcast Communications Association for wiring and cabling. We do not contract your project out to unskilled labor. If SLVEC created your system design, a portion of the consulting may be credited to your implementation cost.
Perhaps you had a complete television, sound, and light system installed in your home or business and now something isn't working how it should. Or suddenly your off-grid electrical isn't putting out enough power or has dirty power. Our Master Engineers can ​​come to your location, diagnose and trouble shoot the problem, and provide you with solutions. In many cases we can do the repair in the same day.

Maintenance
The key to enjoying years of worry free optimal performance of any system and equipment is maintenance. At SLVEC we offer optional maintenance programs on all our systems. If you have ever had a problem with your system or equipment is was most likely related to the wrong engineering design and lack of maintenance.
